Starting again

I was using spark people for a while and lost weight but stopped logging calories and exercise. Which was fine for a while as I kept exercising and losing weight but after an injury I lost track altogether and haven't exercised in 3 weeks so I am hoping that keeping myself accountable through logging everything daily will get me back on track.

My Goals:
I want to have lost at least 5kg before my holiday in October.

My Program:
At this beginning stage my goal is to MOVE at least 45 mins EVERYDAY This can be a proper work out or cleaning the house shopping, anything as long as I am not sitting in front of the computer or TV. I am aiming to do at least 3 proper workouts with weights and cardio per week though and will use the spark people suggested workouts.

Hi Chloe

My name is Roberta and I joined the West Aussies SP group. I see you live in Cannington, we are moving to Perth from Adelaide in two weeks time and we are moving to the area - we want to live in wilson as the kids school is there, but we have no house at the moment, so it might be somewhere else around that area.

Anyways - it would be great to have a walking partner once I am all settled there. What do you think? No pressure!
