Chi Mama has a vision of thin

I love Tai Chi and practice every day. I just started doing Chi running to release the negative stuff in my life. I am loving my new yoga class. I meditate. I am mostly a veggie person. I do eat eggs and some dairy on a limited basis. When I value myself I can stay on target and do well.

emoticon So happy to see u have maintained ur weight loss after the hCG Diet. The critics all say the diet doesn't work & everyone regains all the weight they lose, so u certainly r proving that to not be the case.
It is true that 66% of people who lose weight this year will regain it all within one yr, but that is why daily weighing & staying on top of maintaining is so vital. Anyone who goes back to old eating habits will regain what they lose.

So happy to meet you! I'm chi walking (HM scheduled 11/7) and finally taking tai chi classes (never quite memorized a form, this year I'm going to follow through). Looking forward to sharing that good energy with you!

Good to see your comment on my blog. I am slow as a snail on the losses too, so we are close together on this deal. Have you read the Dr. Simeons protocol yet? This is hard, but it is really worth it. emoticon
