STRETCH YOURSELF EVERYDAY

I am in my early thirties and want to use this blog to cheer and support the community of plpl who want to get more fit, physically and mentally and also to motivate myself and kick away the blues in my life.

Goals for the end of 2015:
To exercise 30-90 mins on the bike everyday.
To become a master in time management and beat procrastination.
To walk everyday and when fit enough go running twice a week.
Go to an art gallery once a week.
Join the local ...

Join the local xtian group or a community-active/ charity group

To learn how to concentrate and be patient, maybe through meditation techniques.
To become thick-skinned.
To earn 50 000 grand (NET) a year by doing a 4 hour weekly project.
Make/Sell Art to raise money for local Cancer Charity.

So far, Work in Progress Achievements:
Passed my initial training course
Passed an advanced training course

Things not so good, that I need to change:
Feeling blue and feeling sorry for myself
Not looking at the positive side of life or being grateful enough
Lack of time management and getting up late in the morning;not making the most out of the time I have.
Not looking after my appearance or making an effort with social life outside of work

1. Review my goals everyday.
2. Meet up with friends three times a week to keep support and social network healthy.
3. Pray 9 rosaries a week for spiritual focus and patience.
4.Eat sensibly and exercise for 4 hours a week.

It's a wonder I actually stayed away so long considering how amazing you are! Wow! Thanks so much for taking the time to write "welcome back" comments on my page. I may have been here in spirit -- though not in effort, I have to admit - all along. I gained back almost every pound I previously lost over the 5+months I've been "away" but won't let that get me down. It was impossible to concentrate on everything that I had to at once so certain things (including myself) had to take a back seat and I'm okay with that because this will be a new year of fresh starts on many different fronts. So glad you're here to share it with! I really appreciate all of your support and your friendship. 2013 will definitely be the year to make things happen. Just a little more catching up to do first and then I can finally, fully, put focus on me... something I'm very much looking forward to!

You are missed so much. Tiny e-mailed me to let me know you had posted on her page, so we were all cheering and now I see you aren't here again.

We sure do miss you, and if there is anything we can do to help you, please just let us know. You can even reach out to me on SparkMail and I will give you my private e-mail if you'd like. We have created ourselves another life-line through e-mail, I will tell you. I even spent New Year's at midnight on a 3-way call with 2 ladies.

When is the last time you were on a 3-way call? Since I was a teenager, I know!
