Chirky.com Loses Weight

I'm married, 29 years old, and my mother STILL takes me shopping for clothes.

This weekend I stood in the dressing room looking at my body as she wandered through the sale racks, and I resolved to lose weight.

My husband will love it if I lose weight, too, I'm sure. And my other motivating factor? Planning to get pregnant. This morning my doctor had a long talk with me about needing to lose weight - for a variety of reasons - before I get pregnant, before I give ...

This weekend I stood in the dressing room looking at my body as she wandered through the sale racks, and I resolved to lose weight.

My husband will love it if I lose weight, too, I'm sure. And my other motivating factor? Planning to get pregnant. This morning my doctor had a long talk with me about needing to lose weight - for a variety of reasons - before I get pregnant, before I give birth, before I have children to care for.

But the main reason I want to lose weight is for me. Well, and to gain back three-fourths of my closet.

Hey thanks for the comment!! :o)

Naked juices can be found in the "health food" section of any grocery store. We get ours at Kroger - there's a section near the produce that has soy products, pomegranite juices, and organic stuff. . . . that's where to find Naked. So far, Green Machine & Gold Machine are our favorites. Hope that helps!

Hey Jes, welcome to SP - so glad you've joined!! I loved your blog post the other day about 8 cups of water.

Let's do this thing, eh? After a week of tracking calories on here I think I've figured out how to space out my calories so that I'm not starving all day. Maybe it just might work.
