Thank you for the comment on my blog!! Decluttering/organization makes me feel so good! It's weird I'm always disorganized, because I love it so much when things are clean and in their place.
Curves is circuit training. We do 30 seconds of strength, 30 seconds of cardio/recovery. There are 13 machines with recovery boards in between set up in a circle and you do the circuit twice, so essentially a 30 minute workout. Then there's a big stretching jungle gym in the middle for stretching when you're done. I carrying a little card with me that I put into each strength machine that tells me how hard I'm working too. It's a pretty neat program.
