And the journey continues!
Hi! My name is Stephanie & I have been on Weight Watchers for almost 2 months & have lost 5 pounds...I have dieted since I was a kid---up, down, up, down..NEVER ENDING!
A friend sent me this site and I am so excited!!!
I do not have a supportive family (why would I, they are all thin!) so
thanks to Selkie, I already feel like I have support & motivation!

My Goals:
My goal is to get back to the weight I feel most comfortable at!
My goal is to get back the energy back I had before I gained 30 pounds!
My goal is to learn to like me again & get some self esteem back!!
My Program:
I am trying to get out more to walk..plus I am really working hard at getting 8 glasses of water in me a day!
I am not by a computer as much as I would like to be so tracking is going to be difficult but I'll figure it out!
Personal Information:
I am 57 years old & gained 25 pounds the first 21 months of marriage & we haven't even had our second anniversary yet!
I have 2 grown daughters & a teenage granddaughter that live out of town but we do have 4 kitties living with us! (pictured is" Fresco")
Other Information:
I live in the Santa Cruz Mountains right above Saratoga Village in California. I have been pretty much a city girl until I got married in 2006 so I am still geting used to " the Mtns"!
I am always busy but I unfortunately find time to eat.....I LOVE to eat!
