Stop beating yourself up about your weight--we're all in the same boat. The thing I' ve learned is to throw out the D word (diet)! You deserve to eat healthy to become healthy and that's what you're going to do and you're going to make it.
PROMISE yourself not to QUIT. It really makes me sad the number of people who start and then quit. PROMISE to love yourself and stay with this. You can do this in small goals. There are many, many success stories here at SPARKPEOPLE and it is all FREE.
