Here I go AGAIN...

I am trying Spark People b/c I like going on line. It seems to have all of the elements that a program should have in order to help me reach my goals. I have tried MANY programs before; maybe THIS TIME I can stick with it for life!

Hi there! I'm not really sure about our group...I do hear from the leader every so often...I guess it would be good for me to check in on the group and find out just how many of the members are amongst my Sparkfriend numbers.
