My Goals:
I want to lose 15kgs, jog every morning and eat healthy. I did it once before, lost 10kgs, and I can do it again.

My Program:
I'm currently on a low carb/ low GI diet.

Personal Information:
I live in Johannesburg, South Africa, although most of the time I'm travelling all over the world. I work as a labour consultant and the travelling makes it hard to stick to a consistent diet and exercise program. I'm married with a baby girl born on our first anniversary, who I love to bits.

good morning
I am 7 days into low carb. Not easy and I too quit when I should keep going with something that does work. I run also but not well. I am 68 and my next race in 3 weeks a 5K

Can you believe it's already the middle of August?? How are you doing with your goals??

1. Log in everyday
2. Walk 30 mins everyday
3. Journal everything that I eat
4. Do at least 1 set of strength training every day
