This is going to be the year!!!

I'm 33 yo. Married my high school sweetheart ( LOL only when he wants to be) been married 14 yrs. I've had 4 kids, have a 13, 10 , and 6 yo boys. I coached my youngest's soccer team this past fall and had a ball, but after an hr of practice I thought I was going to die. So I wanted to loose the weight so I can coach this coming fall and not feel like i got hit by a truck afterwards.

My main goal is to go from 296 lb ( so close to 300lb it scared me) to 140lb by July 5, 2012
To eat healthy
To excerise everyday even if it's 10 mins
To drink @ least 8 glasses of water

My Program:
I've been eatting what I want in moderation
Smoothies, and specail k protien shakes have been killing my sweet tooth
add more fresh veggies to my diet
and have lower my carbs
been under what they recommend here working on getting ti to at least the minium

GREAT job so far! Here's a few things:
1- if you want the weight loss ticker go to your sparkpage and on the right side will be a tab called "edit my sparkpage" click on that. There's where you will edit and enter a few different things. If you scroll to the bottom you can indicate the type of ticker you want.
2-in that same screen you can upload your profile picture (if you want one). Thants also on the right side down a ways.
3 - you can also enter your various goals in the boxes on the right side.

if you need any other help you can always ask me! I just joined this week!
