Starting one more thing to keep me focused on my goal.
I have been going to T.O.P.S. for a few months and have lost 30 pounds there. I have a lot more to go and I'm always looking for ways to keep me moving forward on this journey. My old ways of eating out of control and getting no exercise are always calling to me.

My Goals:
I want to eat healthy so I can be healthy. I want to have control over my food, not the other way around. I toy with the idea of running. I would love to get a medal.
My Program:
I am trying to eat food that feeds my body, not my inner(spoiled rotten)child. I eat low carb. It seems to be the best plan for my body. I walk for exercise and ride my stationary bike. I walk my dogs with my daughter most mornings and I walk on a track on my lunch break. When I am walking by myself I listen to audio books.
Personal Information:
I am an activities assistant at a nursing home. I attend a T.O.P.S. (Taking Off Pounds Sensibility) club once a week.
Other Information:
I am currently watching all the past seasons of the Biggest Loser on Netflix instant. Only one a day. And I have to do some time on the stationary bike while I watch.
