My right ankle was kinda sore when on the treadmill this morning. So I ended walking the 2 miles rather than running. My goals:

1) Strength train 5 days a week
2) 3 freggies a day minimum
3)By March break (1st week of March) be able to run consistently for 15 minutes

My hubby is 6'2" as well, and when he decides to lose weight, he can drop 20 lbs just by thinking about it! Grrr!

Very cool about your musical interests! I play keyboards and sing back up with our casual Fri. night band. My husband plays bass and guitar and has been in a couple bands. My mom just gave me a ukelele for my birthday as kind of a joke...she was feeling nostalgic about her childhood, I guess. I have NO IDEA how to play, but will make it a summer project. Too much on my plate during the school year!

Looking forward to traveling this 'get healthy' journey with you!
