No more excuses!

I am 30 years old, overweight, and have health problems that I know CAN be fixed, if only I can lose this weight, and then maintain a healthy lifestyle. Problem is if a doctor tells you that you have high blood pressure, or are a type 2 diabetic, all they want to do is prescribe medication to mask the problem, not fix it. ( My doctor tells me that I will be on my meds for life & I am determined to prove him wrong!!!)

My goals is first of all, become healthy enough that I will no longer be dependant on my meds, and to say that I no longer have the health complications that I do. I believe the rest will just fall in place and I will drop the weight with chosing to change my eating habits, and adding workout routines.

Looking for some great motivation to help make this journey a little easier for me.

My Goals:
Set of tiny goals,...

1. Regulate my sugar levels, & my blood pressure.

2. Weight loss goal is to make only 10lbs goals. For me this is easier to acheive, and will help keep me motivated.





My Program:
I have commited to walking every evening.

Trying to be more fully aware of when I am eating, and most importantly how much I am consuming.

I am also keeping a journal of how I am feeling at the times when I eat. I am a emotional eater and would like to know what triggers it.

Every time I come to you page, I notice how pretty your blue eyes are! I love the eye liner. I've tried eye liner so many times, but it just never works for me, but really suits you and brings out the blue in your eyes!

Once again thanks for commenting on my blog and yes my kids do make my work outs go faster. Sometimes they make it go slower cuz they are so darn cute and sometimes they make me laugh so hard that I almost fall over.
