Hi! I've only been gluten-free for about a year, but my favorite foods are fruits, veggies, beans, nuts and nut butters, and I especially like gluten-free oats, quinoa, and millet. Although I don't really eat any bread related items anymore, I do enjoy experimenting with new recipes!
I fluctuate with my weight too, I think I'm technically at 97 pounds lost right now instead of 100, but it's all in a healthy lifestyle. :) 1971 days ago
