Working towards a healthy body. I'm tired of the yo yo dieting and all the ups and down. I am now on a journey to make my body work for me. I'm reading the book called burn the fat feed the muscle. Which talks about four areas the part of weight loss program port actually works. These four areas are nutrition, cardio, strength training, in mental training. It is a really good book and I am planning on following it. Why the most important things it talks about still is mental training something that I really need. The major premise of this book not just losing weight what is building lean body mass. The idea of to lose weight it's great anytime you have a calorie deficit long enough you will lose weight. But if waiting test of mean body mass then it's not so good for you. So my goal is not only to lose weight attempt to actually lose body fat and not lose lean muscle mass.

My Goals:
My Ultimate Goal is to get my Body Fat percentage down to 30% and my BMI Down below 27. This should be some where around my goal weight of 145 lbs.

I am going back to weight watchers to help me control and lose the weight.

I am a certified medical assistant, a mother of 3 wonderful children and a wife to my handsome and loving husband. I have been and up and down, yo-yo dieter all my life. But I have really pack on the pounds this last year as I went from standing and moving all day as an Medical Assistant to sitting all day as a referral coordinator. If I could just get a treadmill at my desk, I think I could be all set!
