Although, my long term goal is to lose 30lbs, I'm focusing on a smaller goal of 12lbs by March 1. I used to be an avid runner, but health issues had me sidelined last year. I'm focusing on rebuilding my cardiovascular health over the next 5 months, then I'd like to start running more seriously as the weather turns nice in May/June.
