I'm 19, need to lose some weight and stop bingeing!
i really want to get back to the body i had 2 years ago. i was doing pretty well then my weight gain recently became somewhat uncontrollable. now i want this body back! i didnt realise how good it was when i had and now i want to wear my favourite jeans again!

Other Information:
i looooove food. as im sure everyone here does. My favourite foods are actually vegetables but I have bee bitten by some sort of binge bug and now i eat anything when i am on a rampage. When i go to restaurants my favourite meals are the ones loaded with veges and i hate the feel of fatty/oily foods in my mouth, that si why i dont understand my binge eating :(

i love reading; my favourite book is the lovely bones

my favourite band has always been the red hot chili peppers but i love jimi hendrix and older music as well as house and dance.

my favourite tv shows are ofcourse the oc, ramsays kitchen nightmares!! and girls of the playboy mansion.

im recently addicted to my wii and always always will be a slave to the sims. :)

Yeah it is a little scary!!! I have been trying to ease my way into it though... I have eaten a lot more this week than I have in awhile so we will see what the results are tomorrow!!!!

Haha! Seriously! I had a major carb binge yesterday morning and then there was no way I could get enough protein and fat without going over the calorie limit. Hey! I just noticed we're at around the same weight and looking to get to around the same place. Good luck, and congrats on the no-binge-streak! Keep up the good work! emoticon

Hey honey, sorry for the slow reply i have been in Greece for the last week :)
My mum is ok, has bad days and good days. I just want her to be well now. But it takes time.

Oh wow Thailand! I want to go there, looks beautiful and interesting.

Hope you are ok with the slight gain and arent stressing out to much :) I gained whilst on holiday also so i know its very stressful.
