Motivated to a New Lifestyle!
Hi im Karla! I have to admit that weight loss has been and is one of the toughest goals i have come across my life since i was like 13 years old. Ever since i have tried so many times to get on a diet and i have never been succesful but back then it was only 30 to 40 pounds that i was triying to loose. I was introduced to this website by one of my coworkers and i really like reading the success stories which have motivated me to start a new lifestyle to benifit myself in many ways.
