My Goals:
My ultimate goal is to be fit and healthy. Would love to start by being able to wear all my "some day" clothes in my closet, run in a Triathlon.

Would like my constant weight be between 165-170 lbs

My Program:
Right now I am focusing on redcucing my food intake, eating more veggies,fiber and fruits.

For fitnes it would be to work out more, I want to try and work out 5-6 times a week consisting of cardo and a bodypump class or Denise Austin tape
