My Goals:
I want to be in the best shape of my life! I don't have any specific date set because the weight tends to come off quick in the beginning and then slow down, so we'll see how it goes!

My Program:
Cathe step/cardio/weights 4 - 5x/wk. As far as eating goes, just trying to eat healthy and mostly clean and keep my sugar to a minimum.

she's probably doing everyone pretty random.. depending what teams need members.. so far i only have 8 confirmed.. which is pretty sad considering starting weights are due THIS sunday! You could email her and ask to be on Team Liberty.. i have some pretty awesome team mates.. if not, maybe you'll end up with us anyways, or end up on a pretty great other team! So glad you're going to join your first challenge! I didn't join my 1st until 10 weeks ago!! and i've been on spark for over 2 years!

Ok so I figured it out!!! hehehe!
So yah I have my eating somewhat OK but really have to amp up the exercise!!! Got Jillian Micheals 30 day Shred and getting Biggest Loser 30 day jumpstart next week!! Hopefully they can help me....I think they totally will!!!
