I have been on Spark since summer 2008 but only have recently understood the power of its tools and gotten down to business!

I recommitted to getting healthy, upped my activity level, and treated my food intake more scientifically. I don't really have a target weight either as I have never been lighter than what I am now so I am not sure what weight will feel/look best.

My boyfriend weight lifts and wants to put on muscle. I introduced him to Spark and he is excited ...

Bike to work every day = 3800 cals burned each week

Strength train 3 days a week

Continuously monitor my nutrition

Lose .5 to 1 lbs per week

Eventually see how 135 lbs feels!

Have my MA in Medieval History and hope to enroll in a PhD program in a few years.
