gotta lose those pounds once and for all!!

i have been putting working out, eating healthy and quitting smoking off since i had my baby 9 years ago!!! i have finally quit smoking (with the help of zyban, which i stoped talking after i missed a pill 1 month in and had to smoke for the day - i have been off the pill for 1 week 1 day and have not had one craving!) i have relized that i set these outragous goals for myself and when i don't reach them after 2 weeks i get fed up and quit. so this time around i am taking my time and rewarding ...
i have been putting working out, eating healthy and quitting smoking off since i had my baby 9 years ago!!! i have finally quit smoking (with the help of zyban, which i stoped talking after i missed a pill 1 month in and had to smoke for the day - i have been off the pill for 1 week 1 day and have not had one craving!) i have relized that i set these outragous goals for myself and when i don't reach them after 2 weeks i get fed up and quit. so this time around i am taking my time and rewarding myself each step of the way. i go to the gym everyday except for tuesdays, (my son has karate and its my relaxing time) im starting to pay attention to what i am putting into my body and in turn what is going into my family's body's. I also stoped drinking coffee and tea (i was drinking 4 pots of coffee and about 2 pots of tea everyday!) and no more beer!! i find i have way more energy and ivlost 5 punds already!!!! i love this website because its good to know im not alone. so thanks for all the support everyone!

My Goals:
-to lose 20 pounds or 5 inches what ever comes first
-to lead a more active life and not to sit on my butt so much
-quit smoking and stay quit!

My Program:
i have cut out alot of my junk food and replaced it with fruits and veggies - i make myself eat breakfest, i also make myself go for a walk everyday and go to the gym 6 days a week (for someone who did nothing thats alot!).
