So the weight loss thing is life changing, if you can stick to it. The problem is, sticking to it unfortunately!!!! No doubt in my mind that I will get there. Sometimes I lose my path, but I always make it back.

I had kind of a crappy week! I did the 8 mins in the morning everyday but made bad choices in food and gained, then after 8 days (not 7 for my weekly weigh-in) I had gone down to 180. Part of my problem was very emotional and TOM :( I could have made good progress. I guess I am lucky that I didn't have an overall gain, just a slight loss after 8 days. I am still doing the 8 mins and gradually adding in some power walking. This week I am starting with 2: 20 min walks. Today was the first one and I am so out of shape!! I used to go for 40+ mins. I was getting winded after just 10! I guess I have to start somewhere lol! And with the holidays it will be hard to portion control and I am going with the youth to a retreat where a cafeteria prepares the food--I can still make good choices wherever I am and eat less, it's just a lot harder!! How have you been doing?? I don't want to do this alone so get to it, girl!! *hugs*

I know how hard it is to get back up once you have fallen!! Every little change you make and good day you choose to have adds up to make a difference, YOU CAN DO IT!!!

I have 4 weeks off from school!! I am going to use this time to renew my weight loss efforts. New book I'm reading from the library: 8 minutes in the morning by Jorge Cruise...check it out!! I'm hoping to lose 5-8 lbs during my break and get back into my healthy habits. Love you, Spark Sissy!!
