My Goals:
Work THE PLAN of Lyn-Genet Recitas completely through and:

Lose 10 lbs - 6/23/2015
Lose 20 lbs
Lose 30 lbs
Lose 40 lbs
Lose 50 lbs
Accomplish within 1 year, beginning 5/2/12 (began anew 3/21/2015)
and become more fit.

Stay positive through the whole thing. Finish this time.

My Program:
- Following THE PLAN by Lyn-Genet Recitas

Incorporating as best I can with new variables that require me to follow an additional set of rules:

- Following SP PreDiabetic Program w/o BS monitoring

Later:
- Exercise: walk (6 days/wk)- 4/27/2015
- Light strength training (3x/wk) 4/28/2015

Personal Information:
I live in Texas, have a fully-grown family including 3 kids, 2 grandkids, and 2 stepchildren, also grown. I enjoy doing all manner of handwork and crafts including quilting, sewing, knitting, crochet, painting, jewelry making. When I have time, I try to keep a small garden strip.

Good thoughts on The Plan. I hadn't thought of starting back on it. In a cleaning craze I actually got rid of my book. Do you think I would need to get it again? I have cut out wheat, sugar and caffeine but I am still feeling inflamed. Thanks for The Plan reminder!

Thank you for your comment on my Spark Activity Tracker blog. I am thinking it will be that little bit of extra motivation I need. I see you are a Planner. I was working on that last year. I had a baby 2.5 months ago and didn't Plan during the pregnancy. I am finding my way back to healthy habits.

Thank you for the goodie! Glad you're back at it again too. Restart = better than not start, and any progress is good. I've lost some since Dec, but really don't see a difference. However, I can't argue with the fact that some too small clothes are now wearable.
