My Goals:
My goal is to loose about 40 lbs, get toned and feel good about myself and my accomplishments. I also would like to run a 5K by the end of the year.

My Program:
My program is to eat three balanced meals with three snacks in between. I want to watch my sodium and make sure I get enough protein in. As far as exercise, I plan to work out 5-6 days a week, which will include at least 60 minutes of cardio each day and strength training on 3 days.

Personal Information:
I'm married, have one son, and three dogs.

Other Information:
I love working in my flower gardens and cooking. My favorite channels are HGTV and the Food Network. I'm a sucker for a good romance novel.

Doctor appointment on my birthday was completely depressing! emoticon Since then, I'm tracking every crumb I put in my mouth and have exercised several days. We even played golf with Will on Wednesday! emoticon

Happy Monday to you, too. And yes we can do this!!!
Full time work and full time school has chunked me up a bit...gotta get rid of it and feel healthier again!
I graduate with my Associates in May, and I am going to take the summer off from school. That should be plenty of time to get back in shape before I start again in the fall at AIB-College of Business.
Hopefully, I won't gain back what I take off...I know, think positively.
