My Goals:
I'm trying to lose the layer of flab covering up killer muscles....my previous goal was to build the killer muscles, so I'm moving forward...slowly...

My Program:
I'm more or less following the plan laid out in Jillian Michaels' book Winning by Losing. I work out 5-6 days a week cardio (elliptical, bicycling, spinning, walking), 4 days a week weight training. Eating plan is calorie counting with 40/30/30 ratio of calories from carbs/protein/fat

Personal Information:
Northern California Grrrl - I lost 100 pounds back in 2003-4...attempting to lose the last 25, but mostly maintaining...

Other Information:
I teach spin and xbike, surprisingly enough it hasn't turned me into your stereotypical perky thin 20 something spin instructor type...LOL

Hot yoga and I have a love/hate relationship... I love it, but bec of my bulk I can't get in to the postures, but know that when I lose more lbs it will be easier... My unlimited month is up on Saturday...
