Starting a Whole New Life

I'm a 34 year old college student. I'd like to graduate 120 lbs lighter. :) A whole new life.

My Goals:
Short term goal is to weigh 265 by the start of my next semester. That's 13 lbs by January 4th or so. Long term is to lose 120 by the time I graduate!! :)

My Program:
I've given up sweet tea and started eating all steamed veggies and baked or broiled meats (skinless chicken breast, fish, lean beef), running stairs with my son at the college. 266 stairs 3 or 4x a week!

Personal Information:
I'm a native Floridian. LOVE thunderstorms. :) Single mom to a really bad-ass 13 year old son. Good kid. Thank God! haha. Single & half-heartedly searching. Working on me a lot right now. If I meet somebody, cool. If not, that's alright because I'm busy anyway. :)

Other Information:
Hmm... Favorite shows are Supernatural, Bones, Biggest Loser. Fave books This Present Darkness, Piercing the Darkness, Colony, Clan of the Cave Bear. All music.

HI, your "progress meter" you can find right here on your sparkpage. Go to edit sparkpage and scroll down untill you see it. Choose your fav combination and you're off.
To change the weight you're at, you only have to log your weight when you go to your start page. On the left is three buttons. Fitness, Nutrition, Weight & measurements. Click on last one.

Hope this helps.

What a great decision you have made to join Spark People. It is an amazing site! The really cool thing is that it is FREE!! There is tons of information to absorb here and there is always someone around to help if you find yourself having a bit of trouble.

Want to make another great decision? Come check out my page. I am a co-leader of a team called QuickFire. It is the best team around by far! Yes, I am bias, but what do you have to lose? If you like what you see about the team, feel free to join! We would love to have you on board with us.

WARINING!! It is proven that QuickFiring can lead to a HOT BODY! I dare you to come play the QuickFire way!!!
