A ChickenBall can be healthy too!
Hi, I'm Yawhann (a.k.a. ChickenBall). I had always been interested in exercise to improve my overall fitness for sports like badminton, cycling, rock climbing, and battle chess (it doesn't exist... yet!!). Now that I'm in my 30's, I decided to try and keep fit... two years ago. That didn't go over so well.
Last month, I started dating a wonderful woman who sees eye to eye with me, and she turned me away from the dark side to a world of healthy living and suggested that I check out ...

So, when I said that a ChickenBall can be healthy, I meant my online alias and not the deep fried faux Chinese food; although I'm sure there's a way to make it healthy! ;)

Actually, I am Canadian, but I don't like hockey, I drive a Toyota to work, and Optimus Prime, my cat, lives with my friends because my parents don't like pets in the house. I am a tech geek and designer in training. I have a sense of humor.
