My Goals:
Lose 1 pound a week, with an eye on 50 lbs gone by the end of 2013.

Minigoals:
-Lose 4 lbs by Jan 29th

-Lose 8 lbs by Feb 26th

My Program:
I'm trying to stick within my daily allowances for carbs, fats, protein, and fiber. I'm adding more whole grains and veggie into my family's diet. Currently my excercise commitment is at least 10 minutes a day, no matter what!

Personal Information:
I'm a stay-at-home-mom of 2 boys, we do "school at home" with Georgia Cyber Academy.
