lose weight and be healthy

i'm angie and i'm from bethalto,il. i lived here all my life. i'm tring to lose weight so i can be healthy and get ready for a baby. me and my husband want a baby so bad and i want to be healthy for the whole process. i'm 28 married my my hubby for 5 years. we have 2 dogs (beagle, rott/lab) and 3 cats. it's a zoo at my house.

emoticon But, please don't lose sight of your Spark plan. It can be too easy staying from your fitness and nutrition goals. emoticon emoticon emoticon By over-eating on the weekends....you can place yourself in a self-imposed "food coma". emoticon emoticon
emoticon emoticon With the extra carbs, fried foods etc. in your diet, you can easily become lethargic and omit your fitness time. emoticon

Re-evaluate your fitness goals and Spark plan. Make adjustments if necessary....but remain focused and goal oriented on the weekends!! emoticon
