TIME FOR CHANGE

I'm a 29 year old female. I have been struggling with my weight for as long as I can remember. I usually go up and down a few pounds. My biggest was about 220lbs. Over the past few months, I have lost weight. Im now down to 200lbs. So far this is a start, I would like to get down to at least 150 or less. Keeping little tiny goals seems to be easier for me then changing my diet, and completely changing everything in my life. I would like to start going to the gym 3 times a week also. Ill keep ...
