My Goals:
lose 120 pounds by June 2014
be light and fit enough to run five miles
be fit enough to walk 20 miles
be able to wear size 14 (UK) clothes by Christmas 2013 and size 12 UK by June 2014

My Program:
keeping to 1,600 calories a day

going to the gym 3 times a week

going for a long hike (at least four hours) at least once a week

walking for at least an hour on days I don't go to the gym or hike

Hey there!

I recently re-started my weight loss journey after having my baby boy this March 2014. (I posted a bog when I officially re-started in May 2014, which includes how I gained weight, my exciting pregnancy and delivery)

Anyways, I know how it feels to lose weight, gain it back, and now have to climb that mountain ALL OVER AGAIN... but we can and will do it!

I have missed reading your blog walks soooo much, So happy to see you here. I have back slid completely, haven't yet got myself motivated to start over. Ha! two broken wrists Aug 10, Feb 10 went for bone density test. Doc looking at test results said "I guess you are unlucky". Bone density of a young adult ( I am 61) so two broken bones in a year (the only two in my entire life) were just bad luck LOL. Mind you same doc looking at my lab work and explaining this was high and that is good, that is low and that is ideal, etc. over all " you are perfect." and "it is rare but possible to be fat and healthy" and me 50 lbs overweight. I have kept up my walking, I am even a trail captain now, I paint the marks on the trees and break my back with those evil long handled loppers and call for help if a tree over 4" diameter is down on my 10.5 km of the Bruce Trail and deal with the smaller stuff myself. So happy to see you emoticon
