My Goals:
lose 120 pounds by June 2014
be light and fit enough to run five miles
be fit enough to walk 20 miles
be able to wear size 14 (UK) clothes by Christmas 2013 and size 12 UK by June 2014

My Program:
keeping to 1,600 calories a day

going to the gym 3 times a week

going for a long hike (at least four hours) at least once a week

walking for at least an hour on days I don't go to the gym or hike

Hey there!

I recently re-started my weight loss journey after having my baby boy this March 2014. (I posted a bog when I officially re-started in May 2014, which includes how I gained weight, my exciting pregnancy and delivery)

Anyways, I know how it feels to lose weight, gain it back, and now have to climb that mountain ALL OVER AGAIN... but we can and will do it!
