Hello CG,

I see you joined the No S Diet team while I was on SparkBreak, or just after. I am still catching up, working my way through hundreds of emails, but wanted to give you a very warm and personal welcome to The No S Diet Team anyway.

The No S Diet is a common sense, uncomplicated way of living and eating that you can do every day for the rest of your life; true lifestyle change (not really a diet). It is great grandma's way of eating. And permanent freedom from dieting, weighing, measuring, tracking, and obsession. It is a moderate program that is all about re-learning moderation. The threads contain the info as does The No S Diet website, www.nosdiet.com. So please stop by all the threads and dive right in, if you haven't already.

I'm glad you joined the team! You're in the right place. Welcome! Carol

I read your post on the No S diet page today. At 37 you are doing well to have achieved your goal and if you can realize that yes, this is a lifestyle that you must adopt to maintain, you are wise! I am 63 and can remember being at a great weight at 37 and thinking I was needing to lose that extra 5 lbs. Soon I dieted my way to gain another 5 and then another 5. If I had just learned the healthy way of eating then, I wouldn't be in a pickle now. Regrouping and I hope for success and continued effort to stay on track!
