Small Loss - Big Goal

UPDATE 2008: So after almost a year on SP and almost reaching my goal, I broke my elbow!! Ouch. And then ran into some personal problems that left me not feeling like I could work out, and feeling down and depressed. I've gained back all I lost on SP and then some. but I'm ready to get back on this horse and lose it all again. I think that working out on a regular schedule is getting to be easier, however regulating what I eat is still the hardest part.

Hi, I'm a 28 year old married woman trying to lose just a little bit of weight. For the last two years I've been travelling for work, my metabolism slowed down and I just got lazy with eating and gained an additional 15 pounds on top of the 10 I already didn't like. On top of all that I found out that I have extremely high choleterol and am at risk. I completely changed my eating habits and gave up cheese (ouch!!) and lost 10 pounds really easily. Maintaining that and getting the rest off are the real challenge. Hopefully I'm up to it.

My Goals:
2008 Goals - ARG!! Lose what I've gained back. Find a balance where I can maintain and absorb everything as a true lifestyle change. Get stronger and more toned.

2007 Goals - I've reached my initial goal weight! Yay. Now I'd like to lose between 5-8 more pounds. Mostly to see if I can and maintain it. Also, hubby and I are hoping to get prenant this year.

Lose 16 pounds, feel better and look better naked, be able to run up stairs without being winded, cut down on the jiggly parts, get more tones, and like to look in a mirror!!!

My Program:
Trying to eat balanced healthy food. Using the food tracker to stay consistent. Knowing it's OK to go over, just not eat 4000 every day!! Excerise more, use weights.

Other Information:
There is only one success--to be able to spend your life in your own way.
