hard worker genuine and a good person. helping others make it and truly help us take care of us in the us, volunteer to hep others and proably change careers so I can hep others, I truly love all chidren.I love karate and tteaching karate I want true happiness and love for all that needs it, I am learning to really understan and finally accept me for myself. as i trust more i will be able to open up more. I still have many questions to ask and would love to know the answers

My Goals:
going back to teach karate. losing about 70 pounds being back with the red cross. As well as find the job i really love in physical therapy.

My Program:
i am following my goals by tracking all my food. I am also trying to walk every day if possible and to learn to care more for me.

I read many health and doctors books on endocrinology exercise physiology, and kinesology and mysteries. My favorite movie is Ghost and gas light and some animinae.The truth will set you free. and it is what it is. I also love De Vinci he was a genius

My fav orite exercise is a cross between a lunge and a crunch, it is called LUNCH!!! emoticon emoticon What's yours?

I to love helping others. I especially love the very old. I like to volunteer to help and cheer someone up that is having a bad day. I really love helping animals to. It is nice to know there is so many caring peop emoticon le out there. Have a fun 4 th of July and be safe.
