Hiya! I'm Chez, 27. I've always been on the larger side, I've never been what you would call "slim" and I accept I'll never be model thin, but I just want to feel fitter and more motivated, I want to boost my confidence and not be the 'fat one' in my group of friends anymore! Also be nice to be confident enough to find a nice guy who likes curves! :)

My Goals:
To feel fitter and be slimmer, I want my sexy hourglass shape back!

My Program:
Changing my lifestyle, eating healthier, making changes with choices - cutting out sugar in tea/coffee, on cereal, no sugary pop etc. And trying to exercise more. I even have a friend who is a fitness instructor giving me weekly weigh-ins!

Hmm, other info... I'm in my mid twenties.. single...my life's not overyly exciting lol, but I enjoy going to the cinema to see comedy, action or horror films, I enjoy reading - usually real life stories such as those by Torey Hayden and Cathy Glass. I like to swim, like to walk... just started going ice skating with a friend once or twice a month (im terrible!) I enjoy allsorts of music... that's about all there is to know!

My name is Sarah and Iíve been a member of this site off and on for a few years, and I do love it. I was here a few years back and lost 20 pounds, then went away and stopped using the site and gained all that weight back.

I have tried other diets and found that what I truly love about SparkPeople is the community, I believe it really helps keep you on track. Utilize the community here, add friends, join teams and challenges and post to the message boards.

i have had portion control problems before too and its annoying to me when i know i shouldnt go back for seconds like i used to do when i was on weight watchers but i dont do that on the spark people diet..I plan my meals on here for the week and i stick to it.I have 1 cheat day for special occasions .U have a great night as well:)
