Tawanda's Reaching Goal in 2010

Here I am on another end to another year still not at goal. I ask myself why all the time -- but the only answer is because I didn't stick with it. I didn't put myself first anymore...I stopped caring about ME.

So from this point forward, I will make me a priority. Only when I'm the priority can I truly give to and love my family.

I pretty much have had to start over. At first I was very depressed about this, but now I've gotten to the point where I know I had to hit ...

I pretty much have had to start over. At first I was very depressed about this, but now I've gotten to the point where I know I had to hit bottom before I could recommit. So I'm starting this journey again at 256 pounds. I've actually already lost 10 pounds...WOO HOO!!!

I'm going to take it slowly. Not always go out at 150 MPH and now I want to take it all in and really focus on what needs to be done.

So I'm down to one crutch now and can begin to weight bear and start walking a little. Small miracles. I can actually sleep tonight without having to wrestle with that stupid air cast. Lynn and Karen are starting a challenge if you want in.
I'm glad that you're on track and in charge, you're BACK!!!!
