I need to take my time and do it right.

I am 36 years old, and would like to lose 100 lbs. I just joined Weight Watchers Online. I know I need to move more. I have a problem getting motivated to exercise.

I didn't lose the 60 all at once. I actually lost about 20 back in 2009 and then maintained that loss for about a year or so before it started creeping back. I joined TOPS in June of 2010 and it was the best choice I ever made. I won't say that TOPS is the reason why I lost the weight. I have bounced up and down and lost and gained and I still struggle. NO ONE can lose the weight for us, but with support and *accountability*, two of the biggest things I get from my group, I have been able to lose another 40 pounds this year and I'm working on losing another 60 before years end. I know, that's a lofty goal but the 40 pounds I lost I accomplished the first three months of the year. Now I've been losing back to that point again.

You can do it! I believe in you. I know how hard it is when you're drug (food) is calling your name and you are literally salivating and can think of NOTHING else but that one chocolate chip cookie left in the bag in the kitchen with your name on it. It's times like that that you need to hit the computer and read the forums, go for a walk, call a friend. ANYTHING, to get your mind off that cookie! I am working on this myself and it is NOT easy and I'd say that about 50% I succeed. I figure before I would fail 95% of the time and eat whatever it was that I was craving so at 50% I'm headed in the right direction! I'm on late at night mostly but email me if you EVER need someone to talk to! We can do this together and we're WORTH IT!!!!
