My goal is to lose weight with a life long lifestyle change...

My Program:
I am trying to keep my calories at 1,100 - 1,200 to control my sugar levels. At this time I am eliminating most Carbs/keeping them at a mimium. I am using Atkins drinks again - great at snack time. Looking to join a gym come March when they run their special!!!

I'm so proud of you for making daily healthy choices and permanent lifestyle changes, resulting in fulfilling positive results!
