Health Goals 2009 1. Follow a regular strength-training program (2-3 times per week). 2. Track what I eat--step #1 toward making some healthy diet changes.
My Program:
I'm starting out with the New Rules of Lifting for Women program plus food tracking to make sure I'm getting enough protein.
Other Information:
Love to write, read, ski, hike, bike ride, and crochet...but not all at once.
