Cheryl's "No more fat" page

Hello :) I'm Cheryl and I've simply had enough of being overweight. My long term goal is to get down to 180 lbs. (to lose 100 lbs!) Once I reach that goal, I'll make a new one to get to my ideal weight. (130 lbs)
I've dieted many times, but never have I had this much determination. This time, I will not give up and I will not fail.

My Goals:
My ultimate goal is to become a healthier person.
I want to lose 100 lbs. I was almost there when I found out I was expecting a baby. Some of the lbs have creeped back on, but I did it once and I can do it again!

My Program:
I'm starting slow. So far I've changed my eating habits. I buy healthier foods and snacks. I track my caloric intake. And I have started walking and working out for at least 30 minutes a day. With the hope that I will be able to increase that time as I become more fit.

Personal Information:
I'm a 37 yr old mother of five beautiful children. I weigh 280 lbs, and I am in terrible physical condition. But I plan to change that last part, so that I can be better at the first part : )

Other Information:
I enjoy spending time with the ones I love, movies (comedies are my fav.), music, scrapbooking, and hanging out with my friends.
