Hello :) I'm Cheryl and I've simply had enough of being overweight. My long term goal is to get down to 180 lbs. (to lose 100 lbs!) Once I reach that goal, I'll make a new one to get to my ideal weight. (130 lbs)
I've dieted many times, but never have I had this much determination. This time, I will not give up and I will not fail.
**UPDATE**
March 08 - Well I'm still here, still plugging along. I'm almost to my first big goal (losing 100 lbs!), 10 lbs to go. I can't believe I'm almost there, it's so exciting!
Never, EVER give up!
*** 5/22/15 - Starting over again, again. This is the last time. I'm NOT giving up. I will take the weight back off and keep it off for good! I gained back to 299 lbs and I'm at 281 today. I hurt all over, I have no energy, I'm depressed, and I'm sick of it. I will lose it and i will be healthy and happy.

My Goals:
My ultimate goal is to become a healthier person.
I want to lose 100 lbs. I was almost there when I found out I was expecting a baby. The lbs have crept back on and then some,I gained to 299.8. But I did it once and I can do it again!


My Program:
I'm starting slow. So far I've changed my eating habits. I buy healthier foods and snacks. I track my caloric intake. And I have started walking and working out for at least 30 minutes a day. With the hope that I will be able to increase that time as I become more fit.



Personal Information:
I'm a 45 yr old mother of 6 beautiful children and a grandson who lights up my life and wears Granny out lol.
I weigh 286 lbs, and I am in terrible physical condition and am struggling with depression. But I plan to change that last part, so that I can be better at the first part : )


Other Information:
I enjoy spending time with the ones I love, movies (comedies and horror are my fav.), music, scrapbooking, and hanging out with friends and family.
