My Goals:
To be strong, healthy and fit mind/body/spirit.

My current two-week goal: Run for 12 minutes on treadmill, 5mph.

My Program:
I am currently working with a trainer twice a week and doing cardio four to five times. She helps me to set small goals which really makes me feel like I am making progress. To date, I have lost 12 pounds and 3 1/2 inches off my waist!

Personal Information:
I'm from Phoenixville, PA. I love nature, cats, writing, reading and anything Harry Potter.
