Cheryl, since my goal is focused on my bloodwork labs as a measure of health, I study the nutrition feedback from SP, and try to meet the major nutritional guidelines for protein, fat, carbs, fiber and calcium. I found by focusing on real food and keeping refined foods to a minimum, I can eat more each day, and I am seldom very hungry. (Exercise is vital to achieving my weight loss target.) I also feel better than I did before I paid attention.
