Thank you for adding me as a friend and for the Beach towel! .... (I go thru a lot of towels) .. emoticon so I appreciate and your post on my page. Sorry to hear about your Mom's diabetes; my DH has type 2 diabetes, and it is no fun.
As for my condition ...... (so special most can't even pronounce LOL) ......Yes, without exercise I would be stiff as a board and really miserable! .... Years ago I saw a rheumatologist and he told me he could not help me but to "Keep on with what you are doing" as many of his patients were already badly disabled ........I was able to work full time til I turned 70. I know staying active plus a healthy menu is what kept me going.
oh ...... I could send you a link if you like for Spark Guys' small goals commitment team. .... It has a jillion members already and just started a month ago. ..... (should be losing a lot of pounds on this team, right?) ...... Ok off to market now ....(gee fun ha ha) .... see ya later and thanks again!

I bet you could strength train too if you wanted to. Some days the big guy and I do a workout at home and sometimes it's just body weight exercises! Push-ups are strength training. Lugging bags of groceries counts too for me, so I guess my job is an option lol.
Daughter #1 lives downstate, just north of NYC. It's about a 3 hour drive, depending on who's driving. She's fast, I'm a slower driver. When I go to visit daughter #2 who lives in Pittsburgh I'll bring daughter #3 with me. She lives in the next village over from me, so the closest child of mine.

Thank you for your continued good thoughts. The glass got a little more than half full with this doctor's visit; he said Hubby's immune system is looking good and he provided an easy way to avoid the worst reaction that was actually caused by the Nulasta shot. He wants Hubby in the hospital for the next round of chemo (on the 14th and 15th) but it is only as a precaution. You are one of a handful of Spark People sending prayer and good thoughts; I am grateful for every one of you and I know your energy is helping us here. Thanks and blessings to you.
