Better Days Are Ahead

I am now 56 years old. Still trying to get rid of the middle age spread. I recently lost 10 lbs. and gained a pound a half back. I would like to drop another 10 lbs. I don't need to be skinny, just thin enough that my once tight clothes are comfortable. I have 4 children, all adopted between the ages of 15 thru 23. I also work full time for a local school district. I try to get to zumba as often as I can. I enjoy it. I also enjoy reading and anything adoption related.
