Gaining Control
I am a Type 2 diabetic diagnosed 10/23/2008 with a 15.2 HbA1c. I was able to get that down to a 6.8 within the next three months but it is slowly working it's way back up. I am here to push myself to get healthy for me as well as my family.
The above paragraph was written in April 2012. It is now January 2013 and, instead of my former title of the unruly diabetic, I'm changing the title to Gaining Control. I'll get there.
