Cheryl this is a healthy living site. Diet is what we all eat but the media likes to call a diet a bad word. If we all clean up our DIETS eat healthy foods and MOVED it will change most of us for the better.
When this happens to many of us you have to look at the big picture.
1.NUTRITION - are you tracking food by measuring or guessing. -MEASURE with scale or measuring cups and spoons.
2. FITNESS - Exercise and strength training exercise. Lots of videos to do with bands or dumbbells. Walking is great and easy for most people. You can look for toning and stretching articles. They do not involve weights-look at the videos and find what you like to do. 3.DRINK the right amount of fluids for your body.
4. SLEEP is very important too little sleep causes weight gain.
5. STRESS. is another hindrance to losing pounds.
6. Check in with a Dr. visit and if you have medications check if there are any side effects for weight gain.
Search the Spark sites, there are articles on all of those issues. Do not give up and stress, it will be slow but keep at it and try to be happy and stay healthy.
