Hi, Jessica! I want to second that welcome. You are here for the right reason: lifestyle changes that will stay with you the rest of your life. Make them gradual, sane, meaningful and get the support you need to keep moving forward. For motivation, first, hold up your primary goal of health and fitness, and be sure to write about the values behind those goals. And then aim for the rewards you promised yourself. A vacation is a very cool reward! Make sure the timeframe is realistic and set small goals to reach and reward yourself for along the way.
