My Way to a PFA of 100

I'm just above the overweight scale on the body mass index. I need to be physically fit to pass the PFA. On my way to working out, I thought I'd track my progress. I know I'm going to lose weight, so I'm going to track how I've got to where I'm going!

My Program:
Go from 146 to 132 by 7/12/2012.
Burn 560 calories per week.
Eat between 1500 and 1850 calories per day.

Drink eight 8-oz cups of water each day.
Exercise for 10 minutes each day.

Happy Earth Day! Today is the day to start doing something good for the planet. You can recycle or reuse things. You can change your light bulbs to energy saving ones. When you're grocery shopping ask for paper instead of plastic, or better yet bring your own bags each time. Find something that you can do today that will improve the planet and your life.
