I always miss the spark community while I'm away so why not just hangout and see what happens. Positivity leads to more positivity.

My Goals:
Exercise Regularly, if even for 20 minutes a day.
Start Running.
Learn to belly dance.
Eat healthier including more whole grains and fruits/veggies.
Drink at least 12 glasses of water a day.
Lose weight and tone up, so I have more energy and feel better.

My Program:
Drink at least 12 glasses of water per day.
Follow a work out schedule and stick to it as much as possible.
Continually educate myself about the food I eat, and use that information to make better choices for myself and my family.

Other Information:
I love writing, video games, and crafting of all types; especially if I can recycle something in the process.
