Hi there - thank you for your very sweet comment about my weight loss thus far. Trust me - if I can do it - you definitely can. And with each 5-10 lbs. you lose you take on a whole new strength you never knew you had - you get more determined, excited as the clothes get bigger on you and you find yourself able to do things you couldn't before. It's so worth all the hard work - it truly is!!!!
