Time for change!!

I'm sooooo tired of not being in control of my body. I am pretty happy with the rest of my life except I can't seem to control what I eat and lose weight. I've tried over and over and over.... I want this time to be different. This site is a good tool to help achieve this.

My Goals:
I would like to lose 60 lbs, I have not set a timeline. My main goal is to lead a healthy lifestyle and set a good example for my children.

My Program:
I am trying to stay within the SP recommended calorie goals. As well I am exercising for atleast 30 minutes everyday. Most days I exercise for an hour, but I have to get atleast 30 minutes in.

Hi there - thank you for your very sweet comment about my weight loss thus far. Trust me - if I can do it - you definitely can. And with each 5-10 lbs. you lose you take on a whole new strength you never knew you had - you get more determined, excited as the clothes get bigger on you and you find yourself able to do things you couldn't before. It's so worth all the hard work - it truly is!!!!
